I have never booked or played paintball, how does it work?
The first step is making a reservation. Reservations are always recommended and encouraged, even if you are just a few players. The majority of people that play at our facility have never played before, so you will fit right in.
Upon check-in, you are provided the equipment you need to play. This includes a Tippmann marker, pods to hold your paintballs, goggles and coveralls. Each group is assigned a field marshal who will provide the rules, show how to play and use the equipment safely, make the teams (identified with arm bands) and ensures all players are safe on each field during play.

If you are 20 players or more, you are not subject to mingling. If you are less than 20 players and want to remain private, you can book a field marshal for an extra $150
Facilities & Safety
At Commando Action Centre, your safety is our number one priority. Each Field Marshal is CPR and First Aid certified and carry a first aid kit with them on the field. In addition, we have an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) onsite in the event of any coronary emergencies.
Our new building and outdoor pavillion offer shelter and a great place to rest between activities. Our play structure is a great place for kids to have fun.
Food & Refreshments
While we do not have a restaurant onsite, we do sell snacks and drinks. You can order 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $6.50 per player. You are also welcome to bring all your own refreshments.

Frequently Asked Questions
We are open 7 days a week by reservation only. For a weekday booking, a minimum of 10 players is required with the Full Commando package.
On weekends or statutory holidays, there is no minimum for a reservation. Reservations are always recommended and can be made by calling 613-835-1729 or by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you walk in without a reservation, there is a risk you will not be able to play or we cannot control who you are playing with.
In order to make a reservation, we require the name of the organizer, a phone number and the number of players. When closer to the date of the booking, we require a valid credit card number. We do not use the card and everyone pays separately at the field on the date of the game, however, the organizer has 48 hours to cancel the whole group. The organizer is not responsible for no-shows. If no one calls to cancel the group and no one shows up from the group, we charge the card a $20 per player penalty. If you do not have a credit card, we require a $20 deposit per player in advance to hold the reservation.
With the exception of walk-on days, which open at 10:00 a.m., we are very group driven, so we do not have set open and close times. We open when the first group is booked in and close when the groups are done or when it gets dark, whatever comes first. If you are walking in, we recommend you do not come out any later than 2:00 p.m. as a start time, as we cannot run with less than 10 players.
If you are 20 or more players, then you are considered private. This means you are not subject to mingling and your group will be moved around from field to field and there will be no outside players allowed in your group.
