RULES FOR PERSONAL MASKS
We get it, you don’t want to wear a mask that has been worn by someone else.
All masks for paintball and airsoft must be approved for use and will be stamped as such. Non-approved masks can be very dangerous. Your eyes cannot be replaced. We have a very stringent process for cleaning our rental masks.
Masks are washed with warm soapy water, rinsed, soaked in a food grade sanitizer and rinsed again. Masks are then put away for 7 days before they are used again.
If players touch a mask and put it back, it is put through the cleaning process again. If players lose track of their mask, or feel it has been compromised, they can grab a new one as we have hundreds of masks.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Paintball is a fun group sport that allows people to work together or against each other in a safe environment. Players compete in teams or individually to eliminate opponents by hitting them with small capsules filled with dye. Each player uses a specially made paintball gun to fire the paintballs. Games can be played at a variety of different levels from beginner to professional. Play with friends, family, or colleagues, build trust and work as a team to win the game.

The first step is making a reservation. Reservations are always recommended and encouraged, even if you are just a few players. The majority of people that play at our facility have never played before, so you will fit right in. The minimum age for low-impact paintball is 7 years old.
Upon check-in, you are provided the equipment you need to play. This includes a Tippmann marker, pods to hold your paintballs, goggles and coveralls. Each group is assigned a field marshal who will provide the rules, show how to play and use the equipment safely, make the teams (identified with arm bands) and ensures all players are safe on each field during play.
We are currently open by reservation only and are NOT accepting players that are walking on without a valid reservation. You must have a reservation in order to rent equipment. There is no minimum amount of players to make a reservation on a weekend. Please call 613-835-1729 or visit https://commandopaintball.ca/book-now/ in order to book.
In order to make a reservation, we require the name of the organizer, a phone number and the number of players. When closer to the date of the booking, we require a valid credit card number. We do not use the card and everyone pays separately at the field on the date of the game, however, the organizer has 48 hours to cancel the whole group. The organizer is not responsible for no-shows. If no one calls to cancel the group and no one shows up from the group, we charge the card a $20 per player penalty. If you do not have a credit card, we require a $20 deposit per player in advance to hold the reservation.
With the exception of walk-on days, which open at 10:00 a.m., we are very group driven, so we do not have set open and close times. We open when the first group is booked in and close when the groups are done or when it gets dark, whatever comes first. If you are walking in, we recommend you do not come out any later than 2:00 p.m. as a start time, as we cannot run with less than 10 players.
If you are 20 or more players, then you are considered private. This means you are not subject to mingling and your group will be moved around from field to field and there will be no outside players allowed in your group.
No, not too bad. Paintballs are made with a soft shell filled with food coloring so that they break on impact. Moving at high speeds, a paintball hit will feel like a quick sting, similar to the snap of a rubber band or a towel. With the adrenaline of the game, players often have trouble telling when they have been hit, which is why our team members are out on the field to help players identify hits they don’t feel. Yes.Paintball is one of the safest sports you could play. Though, like all sports, it does come with certain risks. One of the things that makes paintball so safe is the protective equipment that every player is required to wear while on the field. All players are required to follow the rules of the game to ensure their safety and the safety of others. Our player’s safety is our top priority, so our team members will be on-site at each field to ensure that games run smoothly. With the latest in safety gear and rules designed to keep players safe, paintball is a fun and safe game.
To learn more about the safety procedure we take, please contact Commando Paintball!
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing that you will be able to easily move around and run in for good mobility. Coveralls and gloves will be provided to help keep you safe and (relatively) clean. Old shoes or shoes you don’t mind getting dirty would be best. Don’t forget to bring water and stay hydrated.

The refs at Commando are the best I’ve seen out of any field I’ve been to, they know their stuff, re-enforce the rules when they need to, they’re fun, and most of all they’re fair. Great employees are only made if you have great leaders. Dave and Marie are some of the nicest and funniest people I know, they do their very best to make sure that the fields are kept clean.
Even though I have only been going to Commando Paintball for 3 years now I feel like the place is home and people are family. My brother and I received Spyder MR5’s for Christmas 3 years ago and went to Commando to play with it shortly after and we were instantly hooked on the field and the players
Going to Commando I always have a smile on my face because I know its going to be a good day. Its my happy place because I know the people are excited to see me and I’m excited to see them but most of all, we know we’re going to have a good time. The members at the field are some of the friendliest people. They like to have a good time and when they see new players they make sure to help them out.
